Good Health is Essenial - At any Age


 

My health is at risk because of all the extra body weight I am carried. Therefore, I have decided to work real hard in order to obtain my ideal body weight.


 

Plan of Action: Time 10:00 am to 12:00 pm noon

1 )  I register at the Betty Ferguson Health Complex

There I decided to register for swimming and water aerobic, I have always wanted to learn to swim and the said health complex offered swimming lesson for adult.  Swimming can be a great form of exercised. This one decision have benefit my life in several ways such as, weight loss, flexibility, social interactions, I have gained the ability to swim, and a true sense of accomplishment while having funand meeting my goals.

 
2 )  Time 6:00 am 7:30 am
      Each morning I do additional exercises. I walk
      1 to 2 miles daily plus floor exercises



 


I  also used the world pool for  15 minute daily in order to relieved joint aches and pains.
